Your responsibilities

  • To take responsibility for Business cases, quotes and costings for the site.

  • To manage the finance team and ensure delivery of all Financial elements.

  • To take responsibility for accurate financial reporting to strict deadlines; to liaise with external and internal auditors to ensure robust processes; input into the budget/forecast process and ensure the site is Sarbannes Oxley compliant.

  • Maintain and continuously develop accurate and timely reporting systems which meaningfully analyse and interpret the financial performance of the site.

  • Control and Develop plant accounting system reports, which gives management complete and timely, cost data in respect of all products manufactured at the plant

  • Develop a robust forecasting process, including Budget and Plan years for Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow. Report Risks & Opportunities and key Initiatives to deliver.

  • Support Management Team with information, analysis & guidance to allow strong Financial Control.

  • Work to improve the Sites Working Capital Cycle.

  • Support the preparation of Capital Project Proposals.

  • To ensure compliance with the requirements of both corporate and statutory reporting regulations.

  • To administer the Company’s assets and liabilities in accordance with the established financial controls and accounting policies of the Company.

  • To work in conjunction with the HR Manager to ensure that sound HR practices are in place including a structured training and development strategy to maximise performance and provide for flexibility and succession planning.

Our requirements

  • High level of Excel skills

  • +5 years post qualification experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with the tenacity, drive and determination to succeed in a multinational Group environment

  • Having a flexible attitude and able to work under pressure and focus on key issues

  • Clear communicator and team player

  • Ability to multi-task and a desire to develop in career path

  • Knowledge of US GAAP and SAP

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience in leading change management


  • Experience Working in a Manufacturing Environment

  • Stong understanding of a Standard Costing Environment
