Your responsibilities
Coordinating and overseeing work of external accounting services supplier
Assure and control correct and timely month closing
Oversee and control all processes happening in company from finance perspective
Leading business partners in the understanding and application of financial concepts and techniques
Providing an objective viewpoint and holistic perspective to the decision-making processes
Responsibility for effective risk management
Ensuring that effective internal controls are established, maintained and monitored throughout the company, and understood by all stakeholders
KPI Performance Management of Manufacturing, & other functions - Supply Chain, Quality, Service and Cost KPI’s.
Support strategic planning in order to deploy the strategic directions for the business
Working Capital control analysis and insights.
SAP development
Structuring, coordination and standardisation of controlling activities
Business partner for other department managers to verify and support in delivering KPI’s
Budgeting process
Participate in projects to assure that all financial assumptions are met and budget is under control
Cooperation with banks, auditors and other authorities
Participate in monthly company’s and departmental meetings
Identify and communicate drivers for changes compared to budgets/forecasts
Other projects with cooperation with CFO
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance.
Accounting experience (month closing, statutory reporting, taxes calculation, balance sheet and P&L corelations understanding)
8 years + experience in production/assembling company in similar role
Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities while being tactful and mature. Ability to establish credibility and be decisive (particularly with other managers).
Ability to deliver business insights and be an added value for the board
Experience with ERP system implementation and/or updated
Strong software skills, particularly Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Fluent English
Experience with results presentation, discussion with senior team, challenging ideas and critical insight into project
Cooperation with board of directors – influencing and impacting projects running in the companies
