Finance Director

Your responsibilities

• Oversight of the whole finance function including planning, reporting, risk, and accounting

• Integrating and consolidating monthly management accounts across parent and subsidiary companies

• Work with existing in-house team of two finance & administration team members (Polish speaking) based in the UK

• Prepare consolidated accounts and financial statements, cash flow and forecasts

• Influencing company strategy through financial and data led decision making

• Approving and enforcing sales invoices and processing of the respective sales teams in various countries

• Assemble dashboards and analysis to track company-wide goals and progress, carrying out financial analysis and growth planning (budgets, forecasts, financial modeling)

• Building and tracking departmental KPIs across business performance metrics on both a macro and micro level

• Slicing, dicing and cutting data analytics from digital data dashboard into meaningful statistics and findings to drive sales, service and marketing strategies

• Working with accounting partners to file timely and accurate statements, VAT returns and tax

• Record/Book keeping - check invoices, reconciliation bank/credit card activity

• Oversee and direct all monthly, quarterly and year-end closings including any annual audits

• Understanding ERP (WMS) management and system integration for finance processes

• Implement internal controls and processes to ensure the accuracy of financial information
