Your responsibilities
- Accounting Operation - Order to Cash
- Responsible for pricing process - internal review and approval support, coordination of timely pricing communication. Manages Customer master data process for the entities in hub. Issues credit and debit notes to customers. Resolve accounting issues with customers.
- Accounting Operation - Procure to Pay
- Creation of Purchase Requisitions and Good Receipting for non-marketing transactions. Provides back-up support to Marketing team for the same process.
- Business Support - JTI Policy and Procedures
- Support Finance Manager with oversight of the various transactions in compliance with JTI and WWDF Policy and Procedures.
- Business Support - FP&A
- Support WWDF planning exercises - Latest Estimation (LE), ASP, and the actual review, planning, data input, analysis and reporting of Opex, and other P&L lines as routinely assigned. Responsible for commentary coordination from various functions on financial analysis and reporting of markets assigned.
- Business Support - Area Sales Manager (ASM)
- Provides financial information and analysis to support the ASM. Prepares regular pricing MEMO for the markets under the responsibility of the ASM, as well as other ad- hoc projects within scope of Operating Guideline.
- Other
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
Our requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Good spoken/written English- min. B2 level
- 2 years’ experience in working in Finance or System Support
- Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting- as an asset
- Excellent PC skills
- Excellent excel knowledge

This position provides financial assistance to the Global Trade Retail Regional Hub and the Commercial Finance Manager in the area of financial planning, analysis, controlling and business support. The incumbent is assisting in data consolidation, system planning update, operational support and data analysis.
