Your responsibilities
In Accounts Payable: you will support with maintaining excellent relationships with our vendors assuring that documentation flow is properly maintained from reception till payment
In Accounts Receivable: you will assist our colleagues in contacting our clients, booking incoming payments and participating in cash collecting activates
In General Ledger: you find yourself helpful in process of general ledger-related transactions (fixed assets, journal entries), reconcile of general ledger accounts and subledgers and perform period end closing activities (accruals, revenue recognition, reporting).
In TAX team: you can catch on VAT returns, EC Listing and Intrastat returns or Income tax compliance matters for over a dozen of countries
In Master data team: you will act as a data governance specialist by maintaining and administrating vendors' and client's accounts in ERP system SAP.
In Customer service team: for Commercial department you will be responsible for daily contact with customers to assist with order creation, invoicing, and documentation flow.
Our requirements
You are a student min. of 3rd year of study: accounting, controlling, finance, banking, economics or related
Fluent in English, additional languages will be a plus
Excel skill including: Vlookup and pivot table
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Available minimum 30 hours/week
First working experience (student, part-time or seasonal jobs)
Membership in Students Organization nice to have
