Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for month end closing procedures for our UK, US and Poland based entities – monitoring compliance with standards, budget and making sure that we meet our deadlines
Monthly consolidation of financial results and management reporting pack
Statutory and group accounts preparation
Aiding with processes and controls improvement – preparation of instructions, work on systems and reports development
Forecast/budget planning
Review and postings of accruals and provisions, prepaid expenses, PPE and intangible assets
Support and back up to the other finance team members
Balance sheet reconciliations
Intercompany balances reconciliation
Transfer pricing calculations
Commissions calculations
UK VAT and US Sales tax
Our requirements
You are a positive and energetic person who is eager to take on responsibility
You have a degree in Finance or Accounting and experience with IFRS/US GAAP
You speak English well (B2/C1) as it is essential for our multicultural and multilanguage team
You have relevant experience in general ledger accounting in a multi-company and multi-currency environment
You have hands on month end closing and balance sheet reconciliations experience
Advanced MS Office user (Excel, Word, Power Point)
ERP systems user
Optional
US Sales Tax and US Companies’ experience
