Develop of finance strategy and ensure implementation of finance processes in our organization.
Develop short and long-term finance strategies and execute with a roadmap that is integrated with company strategy
Develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share. Projecting expansion prospects and analyzing organization operations. Identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and systems enhancement.
Provide strategic, multi-dimensional and insightful analysis to support organization in making key business decisions.
Prepare budgets, forecasts and long range plan set of financial & operational statements standalone and consolidated.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
Performance management related to deviations versus plan.
Report financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
Conduct appropriate communication with key stakeholders from operational and business teams to develop medium term & annual plans at the level of detail relevant for the business and align those plans to the overall financial targets. Close contact with the business as a business partner.
Continuous development and update of business planning models based on current and expected developments of the business.
Recruit, train and grow an engaged team.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business management or relevant field.
Professional experience in the field of finance/controlling, proven experience as Finance Manager, CFO, Head of Controlling or relevant role including at least 2 year.
Experience in the Retail / Consumer Goods / FMCG industry and management of expansion and investment projects will be a great asset.
Excellent managerial and leadership competencies as well as project management skills.
Passionate about digital and using data to drive decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work and make decisions independently while working in a fast-paced environment.
Capability to prioritize tasks, identify and resolve problems, handle and analyze big data, create and/or modify processes/systems.
Perfect organization of own work and the ability to make strategic decisions.
Good communication skills, written and verbally in Polish and English.
