Your responsibilities

  • Manage the Finance team;

  • Provide focus on maintaining transaction processes and systems to ensure the effective processing of financial and operational information and the adequate safeguarding of Company's assets;

  • Manage general accounting and closing procedures including compliance;

  • Support in planning & control cycles via the regional controllers including budgeting, forecasting, monthly analyses and interpretation of operating results;

  • Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction;

  • Coordinate all tax/legal matters and serve as primary point of contact with tax authorities and advisors;

  • Maintain an appropriate internal control environment;

  • Manage cost accounting, cost management and cash management;

  • Ensure internal financial reporting on a timely basis and serve as main contact point for local auditors;

  • Responsible for achievement of cost targets and key performance indicators (KPIs);

  • Initiate new procedures and implement in a responsible manner;

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements as well as internal controls;

  • Ensure correct processing and maintenance of all financial data including transfer pricing;

  • Prepare monthly and annual accounting operations;

  • Compare new and updated policy with current procedures to ensure the procedures continue to support new policies;

  • Submit monthly management financial analysis information according to group reporting time;

  • Maintain transaction processes and systems to ensure effective processing of financial and operational information;

  • Manage general accounting and closing procedures;

  • Ensure Transfer Pricing compliance and maintain and improve the transfer pricing process.

Employer requirements

  • University education (economics, finance).

  • Experience in managing a team min 5years

  • Very good knowledge of English (at least C1 level).

  • Experience in accounting or controlling.

  • Ability to think analytically.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel.

  • Ability to work in an international environment.
