    Finance Manager
    Location: Kraków
    Ref No: GFC/FM/10/2017

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Responsible for the monthly MI and Group Reporting
    • Ensure timely submission of Group Reports and Cost Schedules/ TM1, Group MI, GFCM, HTS, Cost Walk, Flash and any other reports as required
    • Ensure timely submission of Reports to Central Finance
    • Analysis of Costs and proper alignment with Plan numbers
    • Tracking the Out of Plan expenses
    • Responsible for end-to-end process on Monthly Book closure and making the financial data available for Reporting.
    • Coordinate with Financial control team on adequacy of provisioning and accounting of actuals.
    • Ensure the accounting is in line with the statutory requirements and aligning to Group / Annual Operating Plans structure
    • To oversee the Asset Management process
    • Ensure timely capitalisation of assets and no balance lying unexplained in fixed assets transitory account
    • Generate monthly depreciation in PSGL and ensure proper flow of depreciation into respective cost centres for all standard and non-standard assets.
    • Inventory check
    • Joint responsibility with Financial Control team for smooth conducting of Audits (Group /Internal / Statutory / Tax) and any statutory inspections
    • Ensure accuracy and data integrity in the end-to-end financial reporting process by ensuring compliance with the internal control requirements and assessing the adequacy in the changing environment.
    • Continually work on improving the level of automation by working closely within and across teams to identify solutions to improve the timeliness and accuracy of the reporting and minimize manual intervention.
    • Continually asses the operational risk inherent in the process, taking account of changing operational procedures, staff movements, legal and regulatory requirements.


    • University degree in finance related discipline
    • Previous experience in management accounting/corporate finance/financial reporting area (8-10 years)
    • Knowledge of statutory accounting and tax regulations
    • Professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA) will be a plus
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
    • Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment
    • Strong numeric and analytical competencies with the ability to multi-task
    • Strong problem solving competencies

    • Ability to work under time and stress pressure
