Your responsibilities
Monthly review of costs (labour and overheads) prepared by direct report
Ensure management information is presented in a business centric and relevant way tailored to support strong business performance
Manage appropriate business metrics and KPIs for the region
Produce monthly accurate commentary on performance
Support a robust controls environment
Responsible for functional and market planning, covering the Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position and Cash Flow Forecast
Proactive in proposing action to ensure that performance targets are met and exceeded
Voice of Finance for the region and key business partner to the local leadership team
Lead and own the annual financial statement, external audit and tax (CIT) processes
Utilise data, identify trends and performance opportunities that can be exploited
Finance lead for the region on finance appraisal of new projects, initiatives and contract changes

Our requirements
A generalist background covering Accounting, FP&A and Business Partnering
Finance experience in a dynamic, professional business, ideally with a multi-site, B2B services background
Exposure at Senior Management level. Able to build effective working relationships at both junior and senior levels in a constructive and supportive manner
Developed successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders within a matrix structure
Experience of effective communication of key financial information to management and wider teams
Analytical capability with a high level of commercial awareness, ability to identify an issue / opportunity and bring it to life with relevant commercial teams
Background in an international organisation, able to demonstrate cultural awareness and appreciation
