Due to changes in the company's structure and expansion into new markets, we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Finance Manager. The employed person must have a very good understanding of accounting, taxes and prefer a work model in which Head of Finance performs an operational function, e.g. is actively involved in the preparation of reports and analyses.

Description

• Manage a small finance team (accounting and controlling)
• Prepare and update financial forecasts (profit & loss, cashflow)
• Provide financial and business analysis
• Monitor the budget and analyse variances
• Support Country Managers in all financial matters
• Control cost and margin, optimise profitability
• Ensure internal controls in compliance with local regulations and group requirements
• Supervise statutory reporting and tax calculation
• Responsible for month and year closings
• Cooperate with external and internal audit
• Lead ERP implementation

Profile

• Min. 3 years of experience on a similar position (Finance Manager, Head of Finance)
• Team management experience - must have
• Background in financial audit or accounting will be an advantage
• Fluent English
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Navision or Dynamics 365)
• Very good understanding of accounting and taxes
• Hands-on and problem solving attitude
• Very good analytic and interpersonal skills
