Our client is a leading producer of tailor-made, sophisticated components for railway industry. The organization has its roots in DACH region and manufacturing operations in nearly 30 locations in Europe, the Americas and Asia with approximately 4’000 employees.

This successful company is also present in Poland and possesses its production plant in the subcarpathian region. The local factory is focused on producing and suppling both local and global Clients. Nowadays, due to the implementation of the growth strategy our Client is looking for a highly skilled professional, who will take the role of Finance Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Supervising accouting, controlling, IT and HR functions in Poland

  • Ensuring that the internal and extrnal reporting is performed in accordance to procedures and policies and that it is done on time

  • Providing the management information and recommendation to the Management Team

  • Securing controlling (with the main focus on production area), forecasting, budgeting and various types of analysis

  • Supervise all IT and HR related aspects

  • Ensuring and controlling the application of all fiscal and corporate standards

  • Cash flow planning and monitoring, supervision of debt collecting.

  • Budget preparation, follow-up as well as all types of analysis of deviations

  • Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supporting accouting, controlling, HR and IT team

  • Ensuring that all statuatory reporting and onther legal issues are perfromed correctly (mandatory reporting to Tax authorities, Social Insurance/ZUS, National Bank, etc.)

  • Reporting directly to Director of Finance, HR and IT on the HQ level as well as to Plant Director / Board Member of the local entity.

  • Repersenting the company in front of authorties (tax office, etc.)

  • Close cooperation with auditors and banks
