Your responsibilities
Implementation and development of statutory and GAAP reporting processes in the whole group
Preparing consolidated financial statements and disclosures for external financial reporting
Assisting in onboarding and managing a financial forecasting and reporting tools
Sourcing, managing and developing tools supporting internal operations and fostering growth
Supporting accounting and cash flow activities
Our requirements
4-5 years of experience in a finance position
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
CIMA or ACCA certification preferred
Technical experience related to GAAP and reporting, stock option accounting, consolidated financial statements, general international tax rules
Experience in audit and supporting financial controlling operations would be an asset
Proven record of introducing reporting processes in organisation
Financial systems knowledge and expertise and familiarity with financial business applications; must have strong understanding of ERP systems, ideally experience with ERP implementations
Forward thinking and planning ahead is a must
An orientation toward process and attention to detail
Strong analytical and quantitative skills and outstanding accounting skills
Demonstrated high energy, initiative and creativity - with a proven ability to manage significant initiatives across organisations and across geographies
Fluent written and verbal English
Optional
Big-4 audit experience
Ability to research and apply accounting guidance through recommendations
Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills
Outside of the box thinking and problem-solving skills
Good analytical, organisational and communication skills with ability to cooperate in a global work environment
