Your responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company and provide support to other departments on finance-related matters as and when required
- Ensure timely and proper closure of accounts on a monthly basis
- Review all Journals, General Ledgers, Sub-ledgers and account reconciliation for month-end closing to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly Financial and Management Reporting to Headquarters
- Assist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance with accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements
- Provide insightful information as and when required by management to support decision making
- Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audit and audited financial statements
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Our requirements
- ACCA or equivalent qualification and/or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance
- 8 - 11 years working experience in Big 4 audit firm and accounting field. Experience in startup companies will be an added advantage
- Analytical, possesses good problem-solving skills and a high degree of agility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good excel skills and knowledge in ORACLE accounting software will be an added advantage
- Committed, highly self-motivated, able to work independently and possesses a good attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and has a good command in English and Polish, both written and oral
