Your responsibilities

  • Be a trusted financial Business Partner role for internal stakeholders

  • Lead and coordinate Financial Forecasting and Budgeting processes

  • Supervise monthly financial closing ensuring timely accruals and book entries

  • Through regular business Performance Reviews monitor company performances and KPIs to drive profitability as well as customers and product portfolio mix improvement agenda

  • Reconcile COGS and report in the systems

  • Financialise S&OP outcomes to provide Gross Profit perspective YTD/YTG on a monthly basis

  • Support commercial negotiations by evaluating all elements of trade agreements such as efficiency, compliance, matching RGM pricing requirements, profitability

  • Collect, assess and challenge A&P Budget and Forecasts and conduct regular reviews of A&P investments

  • Provide financial expertise and constructively challenge Sales and Marketing Teams on proposed strategies, activities and promotions to ensure delivery of financial targets

  • Provide decision support to the commercial team ensuring that financial consequences of decisions are clear, resources are utilized in the most efficient way and activities are pre/post evaluated

  • Continuously improve ways of working to drive efficiency and ensure non added value work is eliminated

  • Develop and mentor one direct report, providing leadership and continuous coaching in order to ensure high performance behaviour and results.

  • Create a culture of excellence in execution that recognizes and rewards high performance

  • Ensure all employees have a knowledge of Bacardi company history and culture

  • Be an active partner in the market and regional Finance Team

Our requirements

  • 5 years of relevant Finance Management experience in a multinational FMCG/Retail environment

  • Minimum 3 years experience cooperating with commercial functions in an advisory/business partner role

  • Solid experience in preparation of scenarios/recommendations based on in depth knowledge of the business and market

  • Proficient IT skills, excellent MS Excel knowledge, familiarity with SAP system and any integrated business analysis tool is a strong plus (TM1/Cognos)

  • Higher education in Economics/Management/Finance/Science or another relevant field

  • Strong accounting experience (Polish Accounting Standards & IFRS)

  • Excellent Polish and English skills, written and spoken

  • Highly analytical, able to quickly identify and analyse risks, propose alternatives

  • Strategic agility, has perspective and anticipates future consequences and trends

  • A quick learner, self developer, focused on continuous improvement

  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, able to quickly connect the dots

  • Reliable, results oriented and self driven with a sense of urgency and an ability to prioritize tasks

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills with varied stakeholders at all levels

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
