Your responsibilities
Responsible for full spectrum of finance function including Accounts Receivable and Payables
Prepare P&L and Balance Sheet reporting with variance analysis
Prepare audit schedule to meet reporting requirement and drive for data accuracy
In-charge for tax reporting – (corporate income tax, custom, VAT, WHT & etc) for statutory compliance
Perform the function of FP&A to provide management with in-depth understanding of key drivers behind business performance to facilitate business decisions
Review internal processes to identify gaps and enhance internal control to comply with accounting standards
Responsible for yearly budget and monthly forecast with performance and cashflow
Review documentation is complete for payment to suppliers
Monitor and manage cash flow of the Company
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, lawyers, government authorities and etc
Supporting the business with information to facilitate the credit process and in the facilitation of transaction documentation
Originating and completing trade finance transactions across the business
Be pro-active in identifying risk areas and recommend for solutions to improve operating effectiveness
Responsible for Inventory management and coordinate month end physical stock take
Prepare monthly reports for Operations and Management review – costing reports, cashflow forecast and custom report
Prepare transfer pricing document and work with Tax Advisor
Monitor actual against forecasted performance, identify issues and derive action plan in the event of deviation
Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressively similar experience
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence others, build and maintain relationships
Demonstrated ability to partner with functional leaders toward a common goal of achieving business objectives with high energy and confidence to influence diverse teams to achieve goals
Ability to work as part of both a team environment and individually
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key drivers of financial performance
Excellent system skills (preferably Navision), with strong aptitude for multi-dimensional financial reporting databases
Good knowledge in Polish and EU taxation
Language skill – English is a must
