At the McKinsey EMEA Shared Service Center in Poznań we remotely support colleagues from other parts of Europe, the Middle East and Africa in areas such as Finance and Reporting, Human Resources, Visual Communication, Business Operations, and Assistant Services.

Tasks:

Provide administrative support to specialized consulting entities by applying business related processes, programs and tools, including:

  • Conducting analyses and preparing ad-hoc performance reports
  • Work with firm systems and departments to find the right information that will help in setting the right priorities and actions
  • Contribute to budget preparation and financial administration
  • Update KPI dashboards and reports
  • Support invoicing process
  • Maintain mailing lists and provide additional administrative support

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point and Word
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • Analytical skills and quality mindset
  • Ability to comfortably interact with people of different tenure
