Leading a team consisting of more than 100 people delivering Source to Pay services.
Providing world class operations across all 3 locations: EMEA, Asia Pacific, Americas
Coaching and developing talents, along with supporting and developing the first line managers and staff.
Motivating staff to ensure high performance, good working environment and low staff attrition.
Following GBS Procurement strategy of building strong and sustainable Sourcing and Purchasing operations.
Ensuring all processes performed comply with corporate and external regulations, policies and standards.
Effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders (Global Process Owners, GBS Procurement, Corporate and local Finance Teams). Driving effective process improvement program and value adding initiatives.
Acting as a role model and effectively collaborating with other GBS teams and other business units.
Professional experience in managing Sourcing, Procurement and Accounts Payable operations.
Experience in leading organizations and large global operations with multilingual teams.
Service orientation and service partnership with ability to meet targets on a continuous basis.
Proven focus on continuous improvement and LEAN.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a solution-oriented environment.
Experience in working in virtual, networked international organization.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Change management experience.
Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
