Your responsibilities

  • The purpose of the role is to lead all Finance Planning activities within a part of KBS. This includes all aspects of Financial Planning such as: Sales Finance, Opex Management and FP&A.

  • This Role will be responsible for setting up the team (e.g. critical role hiring) and also for ensuring quality of output delivered from KBS

  • Lead the transformation of Financial Planning team and stabilise the transitioned processes

  • Manage the relationship with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition

  • Manage Core FP&A Activities

  • Optimise and lead the core business planning processes, including Strategic Plan, AOPs and Forecasts with the purpose of maximising the business’s ability to sustain profitable growth

  • Manage planning calendar and timely submission of consolidated data in HFM

  • Act as a principal interface for submission-related explanations to Sector FP&A

  • Review marketing (A&M) budget and calculate A&M curve

  • Manage Opex and C&B Planning

  • Manage all core planning processes relating to reporting and planning/forecasting

  • Ensure full compliance with all internal controls relating to processes under the control of the manager and their team

  • Build the full team to ensure HC gaps do not cause delays to transition or process failures post transition

  • Foster a positive working environment and promote PepsiCo values throughout the team

  • Over time, identify key talents with significant growth potential and ensure they are provided with suitable development opportunities

Our requirements

  • More than 5 years working experience in Finance

  • Minimum 1 years experience in key finance management roles

  • Higher Education - obligatory, Finance Qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA) - desirable

  • Very good written and spoken English, other language knowledge would be an asset

  • Strong Analytical, Interpersonal and Communication skills
