Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the technical management of tax solutions and ensuring technical issues are solved quickly​

  • You will act as a problem solver of technical requests and as a proxy between business stakeholders and internal and external suppliers for technical changes​

  • You will manage tax applications as the user administrator​

  • You will be responsible for request/incident/change management of managed solutions on a daily basis​

  • You will discuss the functionality and technical changes with business stakeholders and technical architects by aligning on the scope and detail with agile mindset,

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and practices. If they are adhered by (i.e. SoD, Compliance, Quality, Ways of Working)​

  • You will perform the integration tests after changes and documents them and support Key Users/Business Stakeholders in User Acceptance Testing​

Our requirements

  • You have overall experience in Tax, with general understanding of variety of tax regulations and their application in Business Processes such Market-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay and Accounting within ERP context, as well as the tax processes themselves tax return, reporting and compliance

  • You have functional knowledge of tax determination set up in ERP and tax reporting (technical configuration knowledge is a plus)

  • You have technical knowledge of integrations (interfaces and its security requirements) and global standardized network

  • You have experience with Tax solutions (e.g. Vertex), e-invoicing solutions and ERP (SAP) (a plus)

  • You are experienced in technical management of applications (User administration, Service Management)

  • You have experience in creating Functional and Technical Design documents (a plus)

  • You have experience in 3rd party application management (SLA, consultancy, IT cost controlling)

  • You are self-motivated, solution and detail-oriented and organized.
