Your responsibilities
Oversees the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of process activities within the Invoice processing EMEA GBS STP team
Manage finance processes in a remote environment
Sets goals & defines priorities for the team; supports the team in solving problems on a daily basis
Maintains excellent relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Ensures process execution in accordance with policies, legal regulations, internal controls and standards
Proactively drives standardization and continuous improvement for processes in scope
Ensures process documentation (process maps and Standard Operating Procedures) is in place and regularly updated
Our requirements
10 years of professional experience in a Business environment or SSC (finance experience will be a strong asset)
Very good written and spoken French
Strong people management skills
Stakeholder Management skills
Process management experience
Good written and spoken English
High problem-solving and coordination skills
High customer and service orientation
