Your responsibilities

  • Processes special AP Invoices & reviewing mismatches and raises special queries with vendors and internal customers

  • Coordinates the approval of special AP invoices with a purchase order in line with process design

  • Oversees payment processing and coordinates the payment approval process in case of issue resolution

  • Responsible for the consistent and ongoing adherence to guidelines and internal controls

  • Investigates processing errors in respective area of responsibility and drives resolution

  • Reports operational issues (process or system related) to team lead

  • Proactively suggests improvement ideas to drive continuous improvement

  • Advises admins within same area of responsibility

  • Supports team lead in achieving performance objectives

Our requirements

  • Min 1.5 years of experience in an AP processes and good overall accounting background

  • Native, bilingual or at least C1 level of Romanian and English

  • Proven experience in a multi-country, multiple legal entity environment

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and communicate with diverse individuals

  • Academic degree

  • Excellent user knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel

  • Very good knowledge of SAP ERP
