Your responsibilities

  • Processes AP Invoices and raises queries with vendors and internal customers

  • Analyses and reconciles accounts

  • Manages AP related documentation

  • Processes Travel & Expenses documents

  • Responsible for the consistent and ongoing adherence to guidelines and internal controls

  • Investigates processing errors in respective area of responsibility and drives resolution

  • Reports operational issues (process or system related) to team lead

  • Proactively suggests improvement ideas to drive continuous improvement

  • Supports team lead in achieving performance objectives

Our requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable

  • Knowledge of accounting rules and understanding of accounting controls

  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level) and Swedish (B2)

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and communicate with diverse individuals

  • Being able to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities

  • Good problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude

  • Excellent user knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
