Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Support the Manager in the process of preparing annual and monthly financial plans in the format of a P&L and MFCF in accordance with the guidelines and deadlines set by the regional FP&A team and Corporate Finance

  • Take full accountability for the Intercompany planning and Entity related items (taxes, interest, loan, In-house Bank)

  • FCF/Net income plans consolidation on the Entity Level (Market, Factory, Intercompany, Global Functions)

  • Take responsibility for the planning and budgeting process and coordinate month and activities for respective budgets

  • Build effective professional relations with contact persons in particular departments; organize and lead meetings with budget owners to prepare plan submissions; provide financial expertise to the Marketing and Sales departments and participate in projects as required

  • Support the financial performance of market review against the KPI's/ Budget; ensure senior management is provided with meaningful analysis and suggestions for alternatives or corrective actions when necessary to meet business/financial objectives

  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request

Nasze wymagania

  • University degree (preferred: Economy, Mathematics, Finance)

  • Professional financial qualifications ACCA would be a significant plus

  • At least 2-year experience in the accounting, controlling, finance or reporting management

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (min. B2 level)

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office functionality (Excel and Power Point), ERP Systems (SAP, GPM preferred)

  • Very good communication skills including ability to efficiently lead business meetings and calls

  • You are a detail-oriented, organized and self-directed team player
