Your responsibilities
Performs accounting activities including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements
Prepares, records, analyzes, and reports accounting transactions and ensures accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports
Liaises with internal and external auditors
Prepares and submits VAT declarations and other compliance filings
Executing controls (SOX)
Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects
Supports Junior Accountants
Our requirements
Fluency in English is mandatory
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent certification
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting (e.g., GL, A2R)
Knowledge of USGAAP would be an advantage
Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act and/or other internal control concepts
Strong Excel skills
Experience in ERP systems
Optional
Accustomed to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment: experience in a multinational firm or shared service center is a plus

High level of honesty, commitment, and responsibility
Able to effectively communicate across different levels within the company
