Your responsibilities
Month end close activities for assigned countries
Balance sheet reconciliations for accrued liabilities & deposits and prepayments
Participation in balance sheet reviews with key stakeholders & auditors
Identification of key issues in the balance sheet and proposing solutions to resolve the same
Opportunity to network with various teams within the company e.g. BU Finance, Controllership & other GSS teams
Establish and maintain relationships with Controllership & Business Finance to guide and influence decision-making process in the balance sheet area
Supporting policy and process improvements
Our requirements
First level university degree with a focus in business or economics
Typically 4+ years of experience as an accountant/financial analyst
Typically 2+ years of experie
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
Strong analytical skills
Strong business application skills (e.g., MS Office, SAP)
Strong communication and influencing skills
Fluent English
Excellent teamwork skills
Good business acumennce in finance functions
