Your responsibilities

  • We are a highly motivated team with a great working atmosphere and we are looking for people who will work with us to shape the future of the Bundled Solutions team. In order to achieve these goals, we rely on your potential and your skills! The range of your responsibilities will include end-to-end accounting:

  • Conducting of the ongoing financial accounting of individual companies in the group of entities

  • Supporting with process migration from Germany

  • Processing of financial records and business transactions

  • Processing of payment transactions and receivables management

  • Preparing weekly cash flow statements

  • Posting of wage and salary data

  • Posting of invoices and fixed assets

  • Preparing of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB (German accounting law) / IFRS

  • Preparing of internal and tax reports

  • Conducting internal audits

Employer requirements

  • Previous experience in SSC/BPO sector, preferably in GL/AP/AR area or solid understanding of bookkeeping

  • Working knowledge of SAP system

  • Good German skills (min. B2)

  • Communicative level of English (B1/B2)

  • Good command of MS Excel

  • Well-organized, solution-oriented and independent way of working

  • Communicative and team-oriented personality

  • Proactive attitude, diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
