Your responsibilities
Implements the functional strategic plan by setting operational strategy and team's objectives
Ensures business partnership with stakeholders in collaborative way and within agreed governance model to improve stakeholders experience
Assesses and mitigate operational risk and act as escalation point to drive issue resolution
Drive E2E improvements agenda including reducing E2E cycle time and reduction of cost of finance
Builds internal control mind-set and embed internal controls into processes so controls are designed and executed effectively and any deficiency is mitigated
Responsible for team/ function's budget planning and proactively controls actual costs vs. budget including rightsizing of the team compared with business requirement
Responsible for financial reporting to be done in line with HEINEKEN's Global Finance Policies & Procedures and local legislation
Ensures HEINEKEN's Balance Sheet data are fully in line with IFRS for all OpCos in scope
Work with the Group Reporting team to implement standardisation and best practice policies, approaches, and training across all Financial Reporting activities in scope
Builds CPI mind-set by challenging the status quo to look for most efficient ways of working
Drive own personal development in leadership, finance specific skills and business knowledge by implementing his / her development plan
Build and maintain HEINEKEN and external networks to stimulate collaboration
Facilitate and drive end-to-end process management & improvement - Recruits talents for leadership roles and secures their effective onboarding
Reviews performance regularly; provide ongoing feedback to teams and individuals addressing under performs and recognizing best people and teams
Plans succession, develop best people in the pipeline, provide coaching and mentoring
Our requirements
Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
8-10 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis & at least 5 years in managing people
Experience in multi-national environment and Shared Service Organisations
Fluent in English
Leadership expertise aligned with HEINEKEN leadership expectations

Business Acumen, analytical skills, decision-making skills, change management skills
