Issuing and sending out sales invoices
Registering and archiving the issued invoices in internal systems
Collecting invoices from suppliers
Contacting suppliers with regard to purchase invoices and the related supporting documentation
Taking all incoming calls and administrating company's general contact mailbox
Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence and shipments (mail, couriers, other deliveries)
Managing company documentation repository and archives
Monitoring and ordering all office supplies
Keeping petty cash and running petty cash register
Liaising with the landlord with regard to day-to-day office administration and maintenance
Taking care of tidiness and order in the office
Administrating and keeping registers of office access cards, parking cards, sports cards etc.
Collecting and sending to Accounting all accounting documents
Hosting (door-to-door) all guests visiting CTS office
Administrating and preparing conference rooms in terms of necessary equipment, office supplies etc.
Providing service during meetings, trainings etc.
Organizing and making all necessary arrangements with regard to business trips for employees
Collecting all supporting evidence (requests and approval) as required by company's Travel Policy
Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
