Your responsibilities
Participation in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process;
Responsibility for reporting and support in periodic financial closing cycles;
Preparation of regular reports and statements, sales and production analysis, as well as ad-hoc analyses;
Analysis and creation of recommendations for improving existing processes;
Close cooperation with the business and senior management in recommending actions;
Participation in functional and cross-functional projects, including the implementation and improvement of controlling tools and a new ERP system;
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-finance stakeholders.
Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel and experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Other requirements
