Your responsibilities

  • Participation in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process;

  • Responsibility for reporting and support in periodic financial closing cycles;

  • Preparation of regular reports and statements, sales and production analysis, as well as ad-hoc analyses;

  • Analysis and creation of recommendations for improving existing processes;

  • Close cooperation with the business and senior management in recommending actions;

  • Participation in functional and cross-functional projects, including the implementation and improvement of controlling tools and a new ERP system;

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.

  • Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-finance stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel and experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

  • Other requirements

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Strong motivation, determination and ability to organize working time
