Your responsibilities
Partner with central and local finance and accounting teams to prepare and deliver monthly management reporting
Challenge and review the information submitted to support efficiency, accountability and cost reduction
Act as a point of contact providing guidance on group P&L mapping and group cost codes driving consistency across the whole group
Perform monthly actual vs forecast variance investigation flagging major issues to Finance Leadership team
Utilize various systems and data warehouse to deliver and enhance management information
Work collaboratively with department heads and executives to ensure they understand and manage their areas effectively
Working closely with BI and IT teams to automate monthly reporting procedures and analysis
Maintain global performance model for the group
Develop and maintain financial models to capture, analyze and enable review of actual and projected performance
Coordinate forecasting and budgeting exercises
Ad-hoc projects
Our requirements
2 years of experience in finance (controlling preferably)
Proven experience in US financial environment would be an asset
Proven Excel and PowerPoint skills (knowledge of Google Suite – Sheets, Slides is a plus)
Knowledge of Excel VBA, Google Script, SQL is an advantage
Good understanding of statutory and management accounts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
