Recruitment for

our Client, which is an international company providing consulting services in the commercial real estate market.

Your responsibilities

  • Financial modelling and Financial Analysis (Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, NPV)

  • Preparing financial models and business cases for Clients

  • Analyzing financial results (proposals, rate of returns, investment opportunities etc.)

  • Being a "Trusted Advisor" for external agents and being able to build long-term relationships

  • Creating financial models / recommendations to Client's senior management team

  • Driving innovations and ad hoc reports

Employer requirements

  • Fluent English (at least C1)

  • Educational background in Economics / Finance & Accountancy

  • Business / Financial advisory experience (at least 2 years; preferably in Real Estate area)

  • Financial / strategy modelling and capital planning experience

  • Analytical and Planning skills

  • Problem solving attitude, pro-activeness and growth mindset

Optional

  • Team leading experience would be an asset

  • Experience in SSC / global environment would be an asset
