Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Economy or Finance
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel), VBA
  • Accounting knowledge
  • US GAAP knowledge
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independence and good organizational skills

Your role:

  • ​Act as Finance Business Partner for EDS EMEA Engineering Director.
  • Coordination and Consolidation of Engineering Reporting for EDS EMEA Budget and Forecast purposes.
  • Ensure correct reporting of Engineering headcount and Engineering costs by costs element. Provide instruction for reporting.
  • Engineering costs analysis and variance explanation for Actual, Forecast and Budget to Finance and Engineering organization.
  • Responsible for monthly submission of EDS EMEA Engineering Reporting to Global
  • Responsible for monthly consolidation and reporting of Global EDS Engineering.
  • Follow up on action plan with Engineering Manager and local Finance.
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting of indirect expenses for EDS EMEA
  • Preparation and coordination of accurate and timely variance explanations – forecast vs budget, forecast vs prior year actual, forecast vs prior forecast (full P&L, based on the input from Analysts supporting other Functions)
