Your responsibilities

  • Working proactively with the Finance Business Partner (for Entrepreneur and Hong Kong site) to provide fast and sharp business support to businesses and different local functional teams (Supply Chain, Procurement),
  • Supporting local function teams to deliver supply targets within OEM stream of Domestic Appliances,
  • Providing in depth forward looking financial analysis with business insights translated from financial indication and also non-financial inputs collected from local function owners, these cover procurement saving, supply cost reduction, tooling asset investment efficiency, OEM Recoverage reporting etc.,
  • Working with different operational function/cost owners in OEM sites to deliver Annual Operation Plan and Quarterly Rolling Forecast,
  • Building an internal network with close link with local site function owners, businesses and other FP&A finance pillars including Infosys at Chennai, India,
  • Participating in different processes improvement projects and co-ordinate the implementation in local site function teams and other related teams working for Entrepreneur/OEM,
  • Providing FCP calculations for OEM products flowing through Entrepreneur ORU, including detailed breakdown & calculation of all individual FCP elements (BOM, tool quote, obsolescence, Allowances, etc.),
  • Correcting timely Industry Ops finance deliverables as part of regular planning cycles Strategic plan, Annual Operating Plan and forecast,
  • Ensuring quick follow-up to ad-hoc questions from the business.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a Business Economics, Finance and/or Accounting orientated study. CA/CPA/ICWAI/CMA/MBA Finance preferred,
  • 4-7 years of experience with financial control, management reporting and business analyses, preferably within an international environment,
  • Working experience in supply chain and or operations domain preferably in an international environment,
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors,
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions,
  • Strong affinity with LEAN processes and tools,
  • Accountability for timeliness and accuracy of core deliverables (planning, analysis & reporting process and MEC related activities), Planning/forecast reliability. Scoping (business size, impact, breadth).
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint Experience with reporting & analytical tools,
  • Strong data management skills, can easily transform big data into actionable insights for management,
  • Fluent in English.

As our new Financial Analyst Operations (Entrepreneur & OEM) within our FP&A Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team, we offer you a great opportunity to be at the core of driving operations performance management via the execution and standardization of key FP&A ISC processes, to support the FP&A finance development in a new exciting organization. Support harmonization and improvement projects within the ISC domain.

You will be responsible for the planning and analysis processes for Entrepreneur and OEM entities and support ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) management in driving performance, with meaningful analytics and active participation in projects and strategic transformations.
