You’ll work in our Poznan office as part of our Financial Insights Team. This is an internal, non-client facing role. You will be part of a diverse set of finance colleagues from across the firm who will ensure you have appropriate development opportunities.
You will support the firm’s reporting suite, compiling, analyzing, and proactively identifying insights while providing synthesized commentary to internal stakeholders for decision making.
You will support Finance and Firm leadership with a variety of regular and ad-hoc analyses, strategic initiatives, and planning process (e.g. headcount, operational expenses, growth and performance management). In this role, you will prepare and present analyses for review by senior leadership and assist with ad hoc analytics and modelling as necessary.
You will also interact with stakeholders across the firm, building relationships within teams to enable cross-functional learning opportunities and efficiencies. You will provide support for projects that directly promote the growth and impact of the firm.
University degree preferably in Finance, Mathematics or other related field
3+ years of experience in finance or data analysis, insights and reporting
Strong academic achievement and an aptitude for analytics
Solid working knowledge of MS Office
Experience in efficient data management and knowledge of reporting tools (Alteryx, Tableau, OBIEE) would be an advantage
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in teams and independently
