Your responsibilities
Month-end related activities, including but not limited to: journal entries preparation, intercompany reconciliation, IFRS 16, fleet reconciliation
Monthly reporting to the Group using Oracle HFM - P&L, BS, KPI, other
Review of P&L and BS with variance analysis and explanations – against budget/forecast, previous year, previous month
Coordinate budgeting and forecasting process, responsibility for local working tools (e.g. budget model), scenario analysis and reporting to the Group
Prepare, analyze and communicate cash flow and working capital (Group Treasury)
Look after company capex – from request, to investment evaluation (IRR, payback), to reporting
Calculate sales commissions
Act as business partner for managing director and branch managers
Propose and drive efficiency improvements, look for optimizations, develop controlling activities
Our requirements
University degree in finance, business administration or other relevant faculty
3-5 years of professional experience on similar position in an international environment
Strong analytical skills, thoroughness, autonomy, structured approach
Respect for deadlines, ability to work under pressure
Finance processes, good practice and policies knowledge
Advanced Excel skills
Fluent English
Knowledge of Navision and/or HFM would be an advantage
