Your responsibilities

  • Financial Reviews:

  • Performing monthly review of Financials to ensure top quality of reported numbers

  • Performing monthly reviews of explanations

  • Performing analysis of the specific areas assigned (e.g.: intercompany, working capital, revenue , cost , fixed assets etc)

  • Providing input to management report (consolidate input, prepare power point and monthly controlling checklist, with analysis)

  • Providing input to performance review and support as requested

  • Ensuring adequate support to the business partners as requested

  • Giving input to AtR KPIs - post reporting follow-up to ensure action items are resolved before the next month end

  • Ad-hoc requests - Analysis, Assist with Ad-hoc reporting queries

  • Audit support - Assist with Audit queries and support ensuring timely documentation and submission of audit requests

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with financial reporting or controlling or related business

  • Minimum masters degree in finance or equivalent

  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required (min. B2/C1)

  • Medium knowledge in working with financial books/financial controlling in Financial Consolidation System

  • Experience in working in international environments (preferably experience from non SSC setup)

  • Good understanding of international financial reporting standards

  • Ability to translate the standards into guidelines for the accounting team

  • In depth knowledge of Finance processes and policies and full ability to apply these in the daily work

  • Advanced skills in Excel (Macros, modeling, pivot tables, and lookups) and Power Point

  • Knowledge of IFRS is preferred

  • Good customer service skills and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills

  • Good at working independently and staying focused

  • Willing to travel (although limited travel is expected)

Duties for the Financial Controller will include the entire range of Financial Reporting, Controlling and Consolidation activities.
