    Due to further development of the company, we are looking for Financial Controller. This is great opportunity for a person with over 4 years of experience in a similar role and occupy the position where proper candidate will use finance knowledge but also all soft and interpersonal skills to support other business partners.

    Client Details

    For our Client an international company from building materials industry, leader in its sector we are seeking to recruit an experienced and ambitious professional to strengthen their Controlling team for the position of Financial Controller.


    • Financial controller reporting to Finance Director
    • Preparation of monthly management package, forecasts, budgets, ad-hoc analysis
    • Constant cooperation with accounting and other departments as well as with controllers from parent company
    • Coordination of capex projects
    • Participation in various performance initiatives
    • Close cooperation with the management board


    • University degree in finance/economics/accounting
    • At least 4-year experience in controlling department of international production company
    • High analytical skills and ability to link various data sources to reach conclusions
    • In-depth knowledge of finance, experience in preparing analysis, budgets, forecasts and long term plans
    • English proficiency is a must (verbal and written)
    • Fluency in Excel, programming skills will be a strong asset
    • Familiarisation with ERP systems
    • Excellent qualifications in preparing and presenting presentations for various users
    • Self-reliance, involvement and will to support business processes
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Ability to prioritise and organise own and others' work
    • Drive for questioning „as is", ability to challenge others
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines
    • Ability to manage and progress numerous actions in a coordinated and organised manner
