Your responsibilities
Forecast and Actual Data Analysis. Prepares financial forecasts and plan/actual analyses for a business/project and prepares them for decision-making
Operational Risks and Added-Value Management. Planning and controlling of own added-value levels and operational risks.
Monitoring of Revenue recognition, costs allocations, WIPS and accruals; analysis of margins and detection of problems and anomalies.
Financial Compliance. Performs the financial processes according to organizational procedures and policies.
Decision Making Support. Provides relevant commercial information and analysis to the parties responsible for business and strategic issues
Monitoring Expenses. Develops and maintains controlling tools to monitor expenses. Processes orders of buying, service, rental and leasing deals
Problem Solving. Analyzes complex business problems and recommends corresponding solutions.
Business Support. Acts as contact person with commercial issues to organization’s sales and delivery departments, as well as to the external customers.
Identification and effective control of financial risks
Monitors profitability of assigned project or services, and ensures the adherence of project plans
Is able to advise the business in the setting up of basic Work Breakdown Structures
Satisfy Continuous Personal Development requirements and promote personal development for self
Our requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance area,
Finance / Accounting university degree
Accounting knowledge, willingness to focus on the mechanisms of a P&L, Balance Sheet and IFRS
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience of SAP/S4 Hana beneficial
Analytical and communication skills
Reliability in communications and figures
Able to evolve quickly in the role
Sound sense of pro-activity and taking initiative
Excellent command of business English
