Your responsibilities
-Fixed and Immaterial Asset Accounting together with the Headquarter in Germany
• Creation of assets in SAP
• Depreciation runs, booking of Increase, Decrease
• Coordination of annual inventory
• Accounting
-Responsibility for accruals for outstanding invoices
• implementation of processes
• Coordination with AP-Team and Cost Centre Owners
-Setting up of recurring entries, like accrued income, other accrual
-Supporting of monthly reporting for the Group Financial Statements
• Preparation of Upload Files for IC
• Preparation of a summary of fixed and and immaterial Asset Ledger
• Monthly Currency-Revaluation in SAP
-SOX-Reporting
• Monthly documentation of SOX-Papers
• Improving Quality of SOX and setting up of adequate controls
-Supporting of annual forecast
-Bank booking
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting or finance. Master’s degree is a plus
2+ years of experience in GL or reporting
Language requirements English min. B2
Solid understanding and working knowledge of accounting processes, IFRS knowledge is an advantage, local GAAP (HGB) is a plus
Independent, well-structured way of working, organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to create and meet schedules and deadlines
Practical knowledge of SAP FICO
Advanced MS Office skills
