Your responsibilities
ADM European Department of Finance and Accounting, based in the Business Garden in Poznan, will welcome an ambitious person who is open to working in an international environment. If you are familiar with general accounting and are interested in actively participating in exciting projects - take a look at the details of this position:
Participation in the month closing process (reserves calculation and booking, analyses, reconciliations)
Preparing financial data for monthly reporting
Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the bookkeeping
Providing our partners with monthly/quarterly reports
Executing standard processes within the team according to the procedures
Assisting in performing internal controls including month-end activities according to control framework
Participating in improvement projects and identifying areas for improvement within the process
Undertaking research and analytical tasks as well as other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities
Transition of processes to GBS
Our requirements
4+ years of relevant job experience required
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business-related field (being an ACCA/CIMA member/student will be an advantage)
Fluent in English (Spanish or Turkish language will be an advantage)
Efficient use of MS Office (MS Excel)
Working knowledge of SAP, Blackline and Coupa systems will be an advantage
Ability to analyze and design business processes
