Your responsibilities
Dealing with day-to-day accounting operations and recording them in the entity's books in accordance with applicable regulations with the utmost care
Completing monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping tasks such as reconciliation, AR, AP, and assisting with audit activities
Supporting controllership of Revolut legal entities around the world
Conducting variance analysis and improving accounting practices
Our requirements
1+ years of experience with month-end closure procedures including reconciliations
Experience with month end activities within a large company or shared service company
Experience with reporting requirements
A STEM degree from a top university in your country
Knowledge of statutory, regulatory and tax requirements
Independence, responsibility, diligence
Hands on and positive attitude: 'Can do' approach and willing to give everything a go from drafting accounting technical papers to cross company global projects
Excellent organisation skills: ability to plan and organise work so that it is efficient and effective
Optional
Accounting experience with a financial services company
Previous experience in fast moving FinTech organisation or a top-tier retail banking/PE, fast growing start-up and within a regulated business environment
Knowledge of the Oracle Netsuite system
