Recruitment for
We are currently looking for a specialist for our client - an industry leader in the online payroll and HR administration solution - to fill the position of: Performance (Financial) Controller.
Your responsibilities
Business planning, forecasting and variance analysis preparations for Development and Construction Phase of Onshore and PV business in Poland;
Regular financial and operational analysis and management reporting preparation;
Supporting the Business with ad hoc analysis of financial and operational business performance;
Supporting the internal counterparties (Accounting, Tax, Operational Teams, Risk Management).
Employer requirements
Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration;
At least 1-2 years’ experience in Business/Financial Controlling;
Agility with data-analysis tools;
Good command in large ERP (SAP preferred) and very good command in MS Excel;
Excellent organisational and time management skills;
Familiarity with IFRS, Polish GAAP and other local tax and regulations;
Fluent in Polish and English.
