Your responsibilities
Implementation of NetSuite for the Group’s entities: automatic interfaces with home-banking, core operational system, automatic management reports
Collecting, reviewing and interpreting financial information, incl. shortening the monthly closing process, engagement in business modelling
Managing the company's financial accounting and reporting systems
Implementing, reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
Co-developing long-term business plans
Liaising with managerial staff and other teams
Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations
Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
Analysing market trends and competitors
Our requirements
A good team player fitting our open collaborative atmosphere
Enthusiast for development with ability to create and implement improvements and innovative ideas
Commercial and business awareness, client-focused
Good communication skills – both written and verbal (PL and EN)
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
Ability to stick to time constraints
Around 5 years of proven success in finance, accounting or controlling
Good IT skills (experience with implementation of an accounting system, VBA, big data analysis, etc.) will be an asset
