Job Description

• Due to massive growth and exciting potential in our European region, we are looking for an ambitious FP&A specialist to build out the use of financial data in decision making

• This is the perfect role for someone with significant previous FP&A, financial modelling and business partnering experience, looking to meaningfully impact a growing organization

• Our strong expansion in the region requires a team member to work closely with non-financial teams to assess the impact of operational initiates on revenue and profitability and contribute to the overall P&L performance of the region

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills are crucial; however, the successful candidate will deliver impact by interpreting results with commercial acumen and demonstrating the ability to influence without hierarchical authority

• In a dynamic and competitive post sales service environment, adapting quickly to changing client and business requirements is critical. As part of the global FP&A team based in Munich, you will be a key asset to the department impacting senior management decisions across this rapidly growing region

Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of significant previous experience in management reporting, financial analysis, building budgets, business cases and strategic plans

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial acumen, enthusiastic contributor in dynamic and fast paced environments

  • Strong analytical skills and aptitude to analyze and summarize large amounts of data from multiple systems to provide insight into business issues.

  • Excellent influencing skills and ability to cut through complexity to deliver a clear message

  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with non-financial leaders and bring a point of view to commercial discussions.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required

  • University Degree in finance/business administration/business studies or related fields

  • Business-fluent English skills
