Your responsibilities
IT Financial responsibilities:
Consolidating and analysing financial data, taking into account IT goals and financial standing
Build AR Request for financial approvals and make sure all budget figures are supported by quotations
Improve financial actual figures upload into Nicus system
Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis
Build correct forecast and cash out reports
Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts
Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
Coordinate communication with Profitenhancement and make sure proper reports are provided
Procurement Officer Responsibilities:
Overseeing all activities related to the purchasing and improve together with asset management the approval flows
Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies
Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures
Reviewing, comparing and analysing products and services purchased and discuss with asset management
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
Maintaining and overviewing supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
Contract Monitoring:
Ensure and develop corporate adherence to best practice contract monitoring procedures to ensure that contractors are achieving and evidencing key tasks, outcomes and performance
Provide periodic reports to General Management Team outlining contract, procurement and monitoring activity, including financial and contractual performance aspects
Work with Chief Officers and Heads of Services, in conjunction with the Legal
Ensure there is a transparent register of contracts and a retendering work schedule covering all significant value transactions
Our requirements
Proven working experience as a (IT)Finance Analyst
Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications (Nicus)
Hands on experience with statistical analysis
Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
Notions in current financial subjects, accounting and tax laws
Notions on Financial IT systems
Notions on IT application, hardware, network
English language required
