Your responsibilities

  • To take responsibility for accurate financial reporting to strict deadlines; to liaise with external and internal auditors to ensure robust processes; input into the budget/forecast process and ensure the site is Sarbannes Oxley compliant.

  • Key role in developing SAP ledgers for the new business.

  • Control and Develop plant accounting system reports, which gives management complete and timely, cost data in respect of all products manufactured at the plant.

  • Develop a robust forecasting process, including Budget and Plan years for Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow. Report Risks & Opportunities and key Initiatives to deliver

  • Support Management Team with information, analysis & guidance to allow strong Financial Control

  • Management of CapEx and Fixed Asset book and support the preparation of Capital Project Proposals

  • To ensure compliance with the requirements of both corporate and statutory reporting regulations, financial controls and accounting policies.

  • To build relations and work closely with both internal and outsorced Finance function to ensure delivery of all Financial elements.

  • Building business partner relationship with the Plant manager and the manufacturing team.

Our requirements

  • Qualified accountant with post qualification experience

  • Proficient in SAP

  • Very good English both verbal and written, able to clearly express financial issues to non-financial management

  • Proficient with MS Office especially Excel skills required

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, clear communicator and requirement to work with IT (SAP)

  • Ability to work under pressure and focus on key issues

  • Focus on delivering on continuous improvement

  • Ability to travel between Wroclaw and Warsaw

  • Knowledge of US GAAP

  • Experience Working in a Manufacturing Environment

  • Understanding of a Standard Costing
