Your responsibilities
- Ensuring Compliance IT support in the scope related to Bank’s activities in the financial markets area, including e-comm, voice and trade surveillance, as well as PA trading to ensure Bank’s activities are compliant with relevant regulations and regulators’ recommendations;
- Ensuring support in implementation or streamlining IT system and tools used in task realization of Markets Compliance Office;
- Ensuring support in automation of Markets Compliance processes;
- Ensuring support in projects in the financial markets area in order to ensure Bank’s activities are compliant with the regulations and recommendations of the supervisory authorities relevant to the area of the Markets Compliance Office.
Our requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in financial institution in the area related to financial markets, in particular in Compliance or IT;
- Higher degree in IT, Finance or other;
- Good knowledge of Compliance processes in the financial markets area;
- Knowledge and experience in Project Management;
- Knowledge of financial markets products and services;
- Fluent English and Polish;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization;
- Work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units; ability to navigate a complex organization;
- Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time;
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
