Your responsibilities
Preparing custom, tailor-made analyses in Microsoft Excel / Refinitiv applications based on client’s requests
Cooperating with sales teams in displacements of our competition (migrations from other products on the market, provide new revenue opportunities) and helping in the retention of current clients
Planning, preparing and performing migrations projects for huge, well known financial institutions (mainly work with customer’s financial models and charts, data conversion)
Working on data presentations, analyses presentations, and functionality inquiries
Providing creative solutions and a high level of service through telephone and e-mail
Our requirements
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Numeracy skills and analytic mind
Intermediate experience in using Microsoft Excel
Knowledge about financial market
Attention to details and ability to work with data
Customer-focused approach
Great communication and networking skills

Knowledge how to operate on Refinitiv products - Eikon, Datastream, T1, Workspace

YOU AND YOUR TEAM
Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge. Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries. Developing expertise in data related issues. Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets. Maximize usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations. Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness per company standards for the covered product/market. Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing expert user feedback. Support specific projects, as assigned by manager. Adhere to change control procedures, data operations standards and current data policies and procedures. Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data. Proactively identify and resolve data problems.
