We are currently looking for:
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Location: Kraków

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will join a highly motivated and dynamic Group Controlling Department, will collaborate with other professionals to provide high quality decision support and insights to senior leadership. This work is used to steer CANPACK Group strategy, capital allocation and operating improvements.
You will act as a finance professional that serves as a business partner and strategic advisor to key business leaders and assist in providing critical thinking on business direction, operating performance and financial results.
You will be responsible for leading FP&A Team ensuring the deliverables in the following scope:

Planning & Forecasting:

  • Preparation of annual consolidated budget and long-term financial projections and economical indicators of CANPACK Group,
  • Analysis of monthly and quarterly results of CANPACK companies,
  • Preparation of consolidated management reporting package for the CANPACK Group,
Costing & Profitability:
  • Costing of finished goods for production and commercial purposes; analysis of planned and actual unit production cost across portfolio of products/services,
  • Analysis of profitability for finished goods, customers and other key attributes,
  • Pricing for intercompany transactions (sale of products, materials and services) and support in preparations of TP documentation,
Financial Modelling & Analysis:
  • Preparing feasibility (business case) studies analysing the effectiveness of proposed investment projects (economical indicators; DCF, NPV, Payback, IRR),
  • Preparation of calculations and analysis for applications for financing, auditors and external consultants,
  • Critically verifying reports, analysis and financial presentations provided by Group subsidiaries,
Management Information:
  • Preparing (reviewing and validating ) impactful, high-profile management presentations, delivering an integrated analysis of both financial and business/operational performance,
  • Developing and continuously optimizing the management reporting system in CANPACK Group,
Transformation & Continuous Improvements:
  • Participating in S4HANNA design & implementation activities (Planning Workstream),
  • Leading continuous improvements initiatives within FP&A Team and beyond,

Key requirements:

  • University degree in Finance or Economics
  • at least 1+ years of managerial experience
  • Analytical thinking
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in working with SAP system will be an advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent English
